What we do

Real sites. Real data.

Architectural 3D Modelling

Hedron can capture complex architectural structures in high detail, preserving intricate facades, rooflines, towers and other structural features with accurate geometry and photorealistic texture. This approach provides a detailed and measurable digital record of buildings and heritage sites, supporting applications such as documentation, inspection, conservation, restoration, visualisation and archival.

Infrastructure 3D Capture

Solar.gif

Detailed 3D site models can provide a reliable digital representation of terrain, structures and existing infrastructure before and after development. For projects such as solar installations, this can support site assessment, planning and design, while also providing a valuable record for construction, inspection and ongoing asset management.

High-Detail 3D Terrain Capture

Capturing complex vertical terrain requires more than a conventional aerial survey. This project demonstrates Hedron’s ability to produce detailed 3D models of steep cliffs, exposed rock faces and irregular terrain, preserving both surface geometry and visual texture. The resulting model provides a detailed digital representation suitable for inspection, documentation, analysis and visualisation.

Large-Area 3D Surveying

Hedron can scale 3D capture from individual structures to extensive areas covering multiple land uses and environments. Large datasets can combine agricultural fields, roads, buildings and industrial infrastructure into a single detailed and spatially consistent 3D environment, supporting surveying, planning, development, analysis and visualisation.

Centimeter Accurate 2D Mapping

Hedron delivers precise 2D orthomosaics and mapping products, from small individual sites up to areas exceeding 1 million square meters. Every image is geometrically corrected and stitched into a single seamless map, so you always have an accurate, up to date picture of the ground, ready for planning, reporting, or presentation.

Built from Experience

Hedron is the next step in a journey that began long before it had a name.

I’m Jean, and I started designing and building drones in 2012, years before ready-made commercial systems became widely available. My work focused on pushing what these machines could do. From long range platforms and heavy lift designs to experimental aircraft built for autonomous flight.

Data collection was not the original goal. My background is rooted in understanding and building the technology itself: how aircraft navigate, return safely, maintain GPS lock, and achieve precise positioning. That hands-on experience is what now drives Hedron. Applying years of design, testing, and flight knowledge to deliver dependable aerial mapping and inspection services built on a deep understanding of the systems behind them.
